FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

Width in parts - single lane alongside 48 and notice on a post re this has gone missing due to housing development, many potholes and mud, lack of metal since being graded last month.

The metal road by numbers 35 and 40 and through to 76 Clayden Road is still requiring overdue maintenance. Many potholes have formed and lack of metal on an already under width road is making for dangerous driving. The sign for a single lane starting at the corner before number44/ 48 has been removed and many cars are now driving over the wide berms. We are keen to know just where the road boundaries are and if the road is going to be widened officially? The road has moved away from the corner by Number 76 and our driveway, towards the paddock on the other side of the road, leaving a very muddy area of 'roadway' for us to negotiate. Some drains are essential , especially now due to heavy rainfall and the building of new homes. We hope that the road will be fixed before there are any serious accidents?
