Speed bumps needed

Every day during rush hour, dozens of vehicles use Spalding Street, and Mooray Avenue as a shortcut to Farrington Ave. This results in numerous drivers speeding excessively down this stretch. Most Friday and Saturday evenings/mornings this also turns into a racetrack, with "boy racers" driving over 100km/h. We expect a fatality in this area, unless something is done to restrict the speed.
