Extremely poor intersection visibility

Right hand turn out of Connaught Terrace into Washington Ave is a guess and dash event. There is absolutely no visibility of traffic continuing up Washington ave when sitting at T intersection

this has not been fixed - in 2013 this is still a dangerous issue
