FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

Please investigate and repair a soil subsidance 250mm deep has appeared beside the footpath opposite the letterbox of 102 Rata Street following recent rain. This trip / fall hazard may indicate a problem with or damage to recent work by contractors who recently placed trunking for blown fibre in Rata Street Naenae. thank you

Hello I reported soil subsidence on berm outside 102 Rata Street in April. There was an attempt to "fix" the problem by filling the hole with topsoil and sowing more grass seed. Today I noticed more subsidence has occurred in the same place. I suspect there may be damage to underground infrastructure, e.g. broken drain pipe Please investigate and remedy the CAUSE thank you
