We have an ongoing problem with offensive cooking odour coming from this house almost daily. It occurs at all times of the day and is infiltrating my house.It has made this previously lovely area almost unfit to live in. Please get them to stop

To whom it may concern. Can this issue be removed. The neighbours who have made these false accusations have moved. No other neighbours who live close to our house supported their accusations. Numerous council employees have been through and inspected the house, kitchen and property even during meal times when we were cooking and found no grounds for any complaints regarding this matter. The neighbours who made these numerous complaints were constantly harassing us by way of verbal abuse boardering on racism. I'm dissapointed that there was attempt to contact me in any way shape or form regarding this complaint and expect that it is removed unless someone is able to substantiate the claims with proof from the council that this was actually an issue. I expect contact if there is a problem with removing this complaint from your website. Thanks in advance, Sid

With regards to these comments, this is still an ongoing problem and has nothing to do with neighbours who have moved out of the area. I am still very much in the neighbourhood and still experiencing the problem.

This issue is getting worse. The council will only intervene if other than domestic cooking being undertaken. Her daughter is selling her meals at her air BnB (refer Raina and Sebastian Air BnB in google). This makes this a commercial operation. Council will you do something now? Also, Sebastian is offering a taxi airport pickup for $45. Does he have a taxi license? Do they declare income from letting out up to four rooms at a t8sEYMtime? If not, why not?
