FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Traffic light phasing

At 5.45am each week day, coming from Kilkenny Drive & going to Smales Rd, the lights are set to a long phase for traffic driving from Smales Rd to Kilkenny Drive. Previously I got a green, very soon after arriving at that time in the morning.

The lights at Edgewater Drive and Ti Rakau are short fazing. It takes 3-4 sets of lights to get through them coming from Botany at 6.30am. The traffic is backing up along Ti Rakau Drive.

Lights short phasing turning onto gossamer drive coming from botany. Also short phasing at the other end of gossamer turning right onto Pakiranga highway.
