FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Car not moved in over a month

We have noticed a car that is parked a bit down from where we live that has not been moved in the time we have lived here. We moved in in mid feb. The wof and rego expired last year, there are cobwebs all over the car door handles etc. This is on Elwood place in Ellerslie, it's licence plate is zm1343.

A green Holden Astra, registration YX 4032 has been parked outside 12 Ruawai Road in Mount Wellington for over 6 weeks now. The dirver's door has been damaged in an accident and the right wing mirror is missing. I can't tell whether the reistration or W.O.F has expired, but the vehicle is parked just on the first speed bump on Ruawai Road.
