Sign blocking cycle lane

Sign blocking cycle lane. Dangerous as cyclists have to swerve into motor vehicle lane to avoid sign. Very dangerous. This has happened in this location before. Getting quite annoyed with this happening so frequently.

Sacking that is used to cover drains is not removed once road works has been completed. For example, the intersection of Antigua and Brougham Sts, outside Sydenham Park motors. This same sacking is present on other drains down Antigua St and has been there for several months.
