FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Hi There, Last night the fence at 2 Grange Avenue (Corner of Grandview Road) was tagged in red. This is very disappointing for me as the same fence was also tagged in yellow last week. Would be awesome if Hamilton City Council can paint over the top and send notify the police. These buggers need to be caught.

I agree, I think it should be illegal to show graffiti on television, advertising, or anything that might promote this "Wasted Crap", in fact it should be reported as WC.
