FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Hi, There is a leak at our Toby on the footpath (again) it was only repaired approximatley 6 months ago. The volume loss of water is growing each day. Address is 297 Muritai Road, Eastbourne. Can you please fix. Thank You.

Was fixed urgently on a long weekend (call out required) after the toby finally blew out. We lost water to our house and it flooded our garage and front lawn. Not to mention the thousands of litres of water lost. Pity because we advised 26 December but not fixed in a timely manner!!
