Taking a break...

FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Significant Overgrowth on Right-of-Way

There is currently significant overgrowth on the right-of-way between Dallas Court and the Otaki Street Steps. I have attached a photo to show how bad it has become. Please tidy it up. The overgrowth is a tripping hazard and becoming borderline impassable. The Otaki Street Steps themselves also have some overgrowth on the lower landing, but overall they are nowhere near as bad as the path between the steps and Dallas Court. Many thanks in advance for your assistance, and Happy New Year.

Updates

Very pleased to report that work has now been done on both the Otaki St. Steps-Dallas Court right-of-way and the Otaki Street steps themselves. So many thanks to the Council's Growth Team for their prompt and efficient work - much appreciated.
