Public Access Path Partially Blocked

A bush is partially obstructing the right-of-way between Dallas Court and Houston Grove. I am attaching a photo to illustrate the problem. To get around the bush, it is currently necessary to go close to one edge of the path. Please clear this bush away to remove the obstruction.
