FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

    Hey don't know if this even works or goes through but our street lights all around Petrie street and Memphis place are not on. It sucks because it is completely pitch black :(( and with all these break ins going on in Rotorua currently I don't want our area to become a target. Please put them on thank you!
  • At top of Tar Hill someone has dumped furniture at a roading entrance. It's been there for some weeks
  • mud over footpath
    Neighbours illegally entering their property over the berm.Mud being spread over footpath,creating mess.
  • Blown bulb
    Light has been out for three weeks now it's the only street light on gallery street, arapuni village
  • uneven concrete
    watermark cut the footpath to fix waterpipe after an accident. While you are fixing 7 Cambridge Street we are just up the road. thanks
  • Light not working1 update
    This light located on the corner of John St and Maraetai RD has not been working for the last 2.5 to 3 weeks hence inviting unwanted grafitti. Plez Fix
