Water supply has ceased without warning, presumably due to the Works being undertaken on the Manners Street bus bypass. This has lead to non-fuctional sanitation in nearby buildings.

Water was apparently back on by about 5:30pm. Was contacted by WCC via email, and then by Capacity Infrastructure Services Limited on the following morning for more detail. Overall very satisfied with the response.
Issue marked as fixed.
