Telephone Line anchor on lamp post detached

The anchor for the telephone line for 32 Hollies Crescent, Johnsonville 6037 has become detached from the street Lamppost at the top of the shared driveway, resulting in the telephone line sagging down to low levels - Health & Safety issue - this sagging line can now be snagged by gas or rubbish service trucks that come up the driveway. Please FIX ASAP. Thank you.
