I'm not sure if this is covered by Council but tenant (Top Team Sports Laundry have put a shipping container that is rusty with lots of holes and sharp edges in the public carpark which we share at 26 Keeling Road, Henderson. It appears to be filled with rubbish and have seen something either rat or mouse come out from under it. We have asked Top Team to do something about it but won't, its only a matter of time before someone vandalizes it more or even sets it on fire. Who do we contact to deal with this matter.
