Taking a break...

FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

POWER LINES RUBBING ON BRANCHES

Hello - there is a tree growing in the footpath outside 3 Ireland Street that requires some light pruning. One of the branches has grown very close to the power lines and, I guess, during high winds, its likely they'll begin rubbing on the branches themselves with the possibility of damage soon. You may want to visit this tree which, I believe, may have been pruned about 6-12 months ago but which could do with a little TLC again!
