FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

Hi, 5 of the Street lights on Otara road, have been popped (almost 4-5 months now) it has made the street dark at night and on occassions padestrians, cyclists & cars have near misses on this very street, where it is dark. Lighting is only based on one side of the road, however being popped it is fairly dark on both sides of the street. Would be great to get more information on this or the lightbulbs needed so we could try some type of DIY to repair this, fear it may lead to suspicious activity (eg: theft) in future may devalue the area - Thanks again
