Car with long expired REGO and nearly bald tyres

Spotted a vehicle parked in the Albany Westfield carpark in Auckland displaying a very expired Rego (didn't see WoF) but the tyres were nearly completely bald. Very susicious and dangerous looking. Plates read: CJR777 (Silver Volkswagen)
