There have been shoes hanging on the power lines outside Remuera Intermediate school and 57 Ascot Ave for a number of months now.

someone told me, they throw shoes over power lines means, someone nearby is selling DRUGS!
That's what I have heard too, so as a tenant of the house directly in line with the hanging shoes, I'm particularly concerned and I don't want that to be associated with our property.
