FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Hi Please can you send an engineer to repair the street light outside 13 Resolution Drive, Whitby (~3 metres uphill from #13 itself). The street light has not been working (at all) for at least a fortnight (probably more, this is just when I first started noticing it). Thanks, Neil. Mobile 021 778 200.

Still not working as at 8 May 2017. Please can you send an engineer to fix. The street light in question is approx 10 metres uphill of #13 Resolution Drive. Please confirm when actioned. Thanks, Neil.

There are still ongoing issues with this street light. It doesn't work most of the night, with the occasional short spell where it does work (but not for long). I'd estimate it doesn't work 90% of the night. Please can you have another crack at fixing it once and for all. Please confirm when further (and hopefully final) remedial action has been taken.
