FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

No street lighting on tonight (Sunday 3 Feb)

This issue has been fixed.

Street lights in Chesham Ave and Arrowsmith Ave are not going tonight. I noticed on Saturday that they were on during the day instead.

Request 1302501 updated at TaupoDC. Dispatch ID 588 was logged and assigned to the Contractor to check for possible network fault. Contractor will submit a defetcts notice to Unison if there's a network fault found in the area.

Request 1302501 closed at TaupoDC. Contractor went to looked at the lights {detail} found that only one light is not going, which is outside #17 Chesham Ave. Have replaced the faulty lamp {detail} went back again. All lights are going on both streets.
