Abandoned car

A damaged VW station wagon has been left on the side of the road outside 34 Carters Road, Aranui for the past three to four weeks. The damage is to the front right of the vehicle and is not driveable. We have checked that it is not stolen (which it isn't) so that is why we think it has been dumped. It needs to be removed but we are not sure who deals with it. Thanks very much.
