Large bumps on the footpath

Last week I watched an elderly lady having great difficulty getting herself and her zimmer frame over this steep bump on the footpath. She told me she reguarly walks to Beckenham shops from the resthome and she was always afraid that one day she would not manage this mountain in her path and fall. It's marked, but that does not stop it from being an obstacle. I related that story to my friend, who told me that she had tripped on that same lump at night as she was running and injured her shoulder. Thank you
