Street Lights not working

Hi there, Our street lights on 16 hellyers street, Birkdale aren't working. It's important as cars were all broken into last night due to poor lighting. Could this be looked at or fixed? Also the new lights are considerably worse now since the change over? Thanks Rory Moss
