Taking a break...

FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

The Melia tree in front of my property is dropping it’s poisonous leaves and seeds on my herb garden and also on the footpath .It is quite unsightly at this time of the year. Some branches are touching the power line.I would rather have a native tree or even a flowering bottlebrush if this is possible.

Updates

I am sadden to say Dev "dream on" I have found over the years Auckland city council does not care two hoots about "health & safety" and they proof it to me time after time after time, with no action on more health & safety complaints. As for your herbal garden I wish I could one the same, start looking for other options to help solve your problem.
