Taking a break...

FixMyStreet is going offline shortly, probably permanently. The software is old and needs a complete rewrite, the site is being bombarded by spammers, and it is debatable whether councils are receiving and/or acting on FixMyStreet reports.

As of now, it is not possible to post new issues, or updates to published issues.

If you have submitted on FixMyStreet, thank you for playing a part in one of Aotearoa/New Zealand's early civic tech projects.

Street light out for over two years

The street light outside 83 Gravatt Road hasn't worked for a very long time this is its second winter. It is very dark, there has been accidents, and a young lady abused It is in a high walking volume area. I have called council and trust power a number of times as has another Neigbours. Please can we get this light fixed or at least some fed back as to why not, two winters is a long time for this to be ignored,
